Express Post aims for next business day delivery to most metro areas across Australia.

If you’re in a more remote or regional part of the country, it may take a touch longer. Australia Post’s website has the most accurate estimates for your area.

Once your order is on its way, we’ll send through a tracking number so you can keep an eye on its journey. We like knowing our pieces arrive safely as much as you do.

Once a parcel has been lodged with Australia Post, we’re unable to redirect it.

If you spot a mistake straight after ordering, get in touch quickly and we’ll do our best to sort it out.

At this stage we ship within Australia only. We hope to open up international shipping in the future.

Australia Post will follow their standard delivery procedure — if no one is home, they’ll either leave the

parcel in a safe place (if you’ve authorised this) or leave a card with instructions for collection from your nearest post office.

We recommend checking your Australia Post delivery settings before your order arrives so it goes where you’d like it to.

Local collection isn’t something we currently offer through the online shop, but if you’re nearby and would like to arrange a pick-up, send us a message and we’ll see what we can do.
