  • We want every piece that leaves our cabinet to feel right in its new home.

    If something isn’t sitting well with you, please reach out we’d much rather have a conversation and find a solution than leave you with something that doesn’t feel right.

  • If you’ve had a change of heart, get in touch within 14 days of your order arriving and we’ll work something out — whether that’s a refund or an exchange. We just ask that:

    The item comes back to us in its original, untouched condition

    • It’s returned in its original packaging

    Return postage is covered by you, the buyer

  • If a piece has been harmed on its journey to you, we’re sorry and we want to make it right.

    Please reach out within 7 days of your order arriving with a photo of the damage and we’ll take care of it, including the cost of sending it back to us.

  • If your parcel seems to have gone wandering and hasn’t arrived within the expected window, let us know and we’ll follow it up with Australia Post on your behalf.

  • Once we’ve received and looked over your return, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

  • This policy sits alongside your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL).

    If something is faulty, not as described, or doesn’t do what it’s meant to, you’re entitled to a remedy no matter what our change of heart policy says. We’d never want to stand in the way of that.

Pack The Item Carefully

Pack the item carefully the same love it was sent with and post it back to us. Please use a tracked service so neither of us are left wondering where it is.


We’ll Process Your Return or Exchange

Once it arrives safely with us, we’ll process your refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.
